If I could give zero stars I would . They NEVER answer the phone , Never return the calls , NEVER answer emails either . They haven't returned my deposit. Here's what's more insane they literally NEVER gave me the keys to the unit yet they kept my deposit. Honestly just RUNNNN!!

Owner is abrasive and self entitled. Company preys on poor scranton residents and students paying with student loans who can not stand up to them once signed up. Complains about having to make repairs to his buildings in which you pay rent for and only makes excuses for not ensuring items in the building are not up to standard. Communication is poor from property management. I would not recommend this place to anyone and look forward to our end date. Unfortunately for the owner we are not like the above and have communicated our displeasure, which came with excuses and a landlord is right on all items approach, not a professional organization. 10/10 recommend DFM properties for anyone looking for a great place to live in Scranton. They have several apartment style living options in beautifully renovated buildings including The Miller Lofts. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff, including the property manager Patricia, and am continuously pleased with the maintenance and cleaning staff that care for the building.

If I could review this company for no stars, I would. I rented with them for a year, and it was the worst first experience for renting an apartment I could have ever asked for. The landlord, Nicole, is horrible at time management, and will refuse to help if you text her instead of email about an immediate issue. The apartment also looked awful when me and my roommates moved in, but we cleaned the place up and made it look like a home. At the end of the lease $200 was taken out because the place "didn't look the same as it did when we moved in". Not to mention, in the beginning there was a leak in the basement, and the water for the toilet was continuously running. We made multiple complaints to the landlord about it, and it made our water bill skyrocket, which we ended up having to pay bec

DFM has a seamless process of leasing and moving in to my unit on linden street. This is the second apartment that I have rented from them and it is truly a pleasure working with the company. Very responsive and highly recommended.
