Devon Street Homes - Kodiak Crossing

Been living in my home here for almost 5 years. No major problems... Only typical issues, the AC unit was "contractor grade" I had to get it professionally serviced/repaired and new parts put in, the back yard drains a little slow (dogs get muddy) but otherwise, it's not bad. I've got a few cracked tiles where the house settled, 2 on the bay windows & on 2 on the floor, but the slab is solid. I had the foundation checked. No water leaks anywhere. AC system works great (now that it was fixed)... Gas is gas, never had an issue at all. Electricity in the area is hit/miss sometimes with scattered short-period outages for various reasons, none of which are Devon Street Fault... It's just the way Centerpoint infrastructure sucks in some places... The last 2 years have been much better thou

Poor quality construction, over priced. Would never buy another Devon home
