Had to sell dad’s house Ann road and Mustang Street so I went to the closest realtor Deville. Very reassuring starting off and bragged about being a pastor at his church. I figured he must be honest and an ethical man. I needed to sell quick because of Dad’s medical condition. Deville posed as a realtor to look out for my best interest. Listed and sold, opened escrow. Problems surfaced during escrow and he was unaware of issues. He related he had to check with escrow each time something came up. Turns out he was too busy flipping other homes to stay on top of my transaction. I made several requests to him regarding the removal of custom built items (fireplace/shelving) with the buyers so I can make arrangements. He never responded. We recently purchased a single family residence in LV. The listing agent Gregg DeVille of DeVille Realty had tried to talk the seller of not taking our offer of $6,000. over list and all cash. The seller had told us this and our agent spoke with him and he said he didn't like all cash offers. We have purchased many properties over the years and had never run across a clown like this. My advice stay away for this company. He also told the seller he would split the commission with the buyers agent at 2.5% each. He lied to the seller and took 3% for him and 2% for buyers agent......If I could I would give less than one star.........
