They will try and find anyway to raise your rent, there’s inconsistent rent on units (studios cost just as much as a 2br), some tenants are allowed to have pets while others aren’t, maintenance is terrible, units have black mold, plumbing leaks, I can go on and on. Go anywhere else to rent.

If you are a animal lover stay clear of destination realty . I saw a kitten in the open in the backyard where I live. I went down to move it back under the steps. The career criminal that lives on the first floor didn't like that and through a hissy fit. All the usual crying they do and ended up calling some other criminal that works there. She's out within minutes tearing the kitten from her hiding spot having the kitten afraid for her life with the momma cat going frantic trying to save it then the low life goes after momma cat. I couldn't watch anymore after that. I never seen such cruelty in my life. As for the career criminal on the first. I complained of the noise. Not trustworthy... They'll rent you a property over a nightclub and say it's a bar that's hardly open.... The club is open 11AM till 2AM 6 days a week.... Don't ever go there..... Worst experience of my life.... It's a shame when you think you can trust a realty company to give you all the info on a place they're renting to you but don't until you sign that lease. If they would've told me and my family that the club not a bar. La Cabana lounge nightclub was open 6 days 11AM till 2AM we wouldn't have taken it. They knew I worked in N.Y and commute everyday.
