I’ve worked with multiple property management companies over the years, and I have to say, Desert Vista Community Management is one of the best. Michael has been working with our community for years as a manager, and his deep knowledge of the area truly sets him apart. He and his team do an outstanding job managing our neighborhood, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. A special shout-out to Julia, our property manager, who has been absolutely killing it since taking over about a year ago. She’s been proactive in enforcing community rules and has made a noticeable impact in cleaning up the neighborhood. THIS COMPANY IS TOP NOTCH. Great communicators. So positive and above-board. They even give out a "Beautiful Property Notice" when you've done it right. Imagine that! Our HOA for years was volunteer-led and exhausted. They previously hired a company that was just plain nasty and dishonest (see my other reviews). This company has been a breath of fresh air and worth every penny our HOA pays them. So grateful and delighted.
