I’ve lived here 2 years. This place is trashy. From the people to the grounds. The bird poop and dead birds piled up everywhere make it even worse. There is constantly new trash everywhere. The playground has been boarded up for 2 years with false promises of replacement. The office staff is so incompetent. If they happen to answer the phone after 6 calls they can’t even help you because they are so new they don’t know how to do anything and the management is constantly too busy or “in a meeting”. I have called the police on my stomping troll of an upstairs neighbor 3 times and security at least 20. The only thing I’m happy about is I’m out in about 2 weeks. And please don’t give me some generic “ thank you for letting us know” response. I can tell you where you can put it. In the dumpster

DO NOT MOVE HERE! My girlfriend and I were set to move in on February 20th 2026, 20 minutes before we were supposed to get our keys they call me and tell me they have found a leak in the apartment, (Please note they said "It must have been leaking for a long time, because there is a lot of damage.") They tell me the leak wont be fixed until the end of March and offer me an apartment downstairs for move in instead, (We did not want a downstairs apartment for safety reasons considering the patio is open with no built in bar to prevent opening from the glass door.) I ask if there's any other upstairs units that might be available and they say no. I tell them I'll need to talk to my partner about how we move forward from here and hang-up to break the news. Roaches and cricket infested in the summers. Front office and property management are untrustworthy. Definitely don't trust Dawn. When our washer broke, they tried to scam us into paying monthly for a new washer that would only arrive one month before the end of our lease. We had to threaten legal action for them to suddenly remember they can just swap one from an empty unit. Also, the buildings are just old and falling apart. The walls are entirely made up of patched up holes and cracks. And I can only pray for the safey of all the 2nd story renters, because their patios look unstable. The counters had chips in them when we first moved in, and our sink had a weird discoloration. The units have those old windows that are so horribly installed, you can pop out the entire frame if you tried.

Very clean property throughout the whole facility. Inside the apartments they are also clean I love how much cabinet space there is throughout the whole apartment another big thing for me is that it is roach free. I have no complaints I love my apartment.

DONT MOVE HERE. There is so many issues I can’t even list them all. First of it is FILTHY here, they do not clean the apartments before moving in, they do not replace the carpet (full of dog hair and nothing done when maintenance request is put in), literally infested with roaches, dog poop everywhere, and nasty pools. The office NEVER answers the phone and even locks the office doors during business hours so there is no way to get ahold of them. They don’t drain the pipes so when it rains it floods and has caused damage to 2 of my vehicles. Just expect to hand wash your dishes because your dishwasher is never going to work.
