My front door has been difficult to open for several years. Each year, a different maintenance worker would attempt to repair it, only for the issue to recur within a week. This time, Joe dedicated a significant amount of effort and successfully resolved the problem with my door. He was courteous and patiently explained the issue and his repair process to me. I sincerely hope he remains with us; he is both efficient and professional.

The property is conveniently located! All your essentials can be found within walking distance. The best thing about the property is the manager Mellissa. She is one of the only consistent managers they have had over the last few years. She cares about the Tenants.

Don't mind the apartments the place is really close to food places and work only problem with me is when we first moved in they didn't show us the apartment before you moved in and failed to tell us that there were holes in the walls from other people who lived in here before us and it just seems like they didn't put much time and money into the low income apartmen within a year of living here we have had a kitchen drawer break on us. We have had our dishwasher break on us and then they tried to charge us for it when it wasn't even our doing or bathroom shower is leaking from the head and from where you go to turn on the water. not only that our kitchen sink started leaking through one of the pipes too and I don't mean to be rude but this seems like stuff that they should have checked out

The maintenance man Ryan gets five stars. He did a very good job and fixing a toilet that was previously worked on by previous maintenance that tried to get it right but they couldn’t quite hit the Mark but Ryan definitely fixed it and my toilet is working very superb right now thank you very much Ryan you are awesome a true Godsend to our community.
