Deerfield at Providence

I absolutley love my apartment at Deerfield. The amenities are amazing my kids love it and Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was super friendly and knowledgeable and worked with my budget. Joy is who I pay rent to and she is as equally amazing! You won’t regret signing on to live here! Nikki the complex manager is absolutely incredible to work with. She is always happy to help and always smiling!

We have lived here going on 5 years and the ladies in the front office are very sweet and accommodating. Susan made my move there so easy and efficient. If there is anything that needs attention, the crew is on it quickly without hassle. The overall place is kept clean and maintained very well. We like that it’s a quiet place with no issues.

When we first were looking for apartments we were in a hurry and stressed then we stumbled upon Deerfield where we met Coni!!! She immediately helped us and got us an apartment in less than 2 days!!! Everything was signed and ready for us!! We have happily lived here for about 4 years now! Coni and the team at Deerfield have been absolutely amazing through anything we could've needed!!! Its a great place to live!

The management is very helpful and the facilities are very well maintained in a timely manner! I have rented all of this life and this is a place I now call home! It is expensive, but when you consider the holiday dinner, the gym, the pools, the playground, the dog park, the car and dog washing areas, the easy access to all your shopping needs, and the incredibly quick response to all your maintenance needs, the price becomes more reasonable as you take advantage of all that is offered here at Deerfield at Providence! I want to take the time to thank Coni and Chemo from Deerfield Providence for being such wonderful people. Recently, they assisted with upgrading my kitchen and hallway flooring in my apartment. They were extremely accommodating with my hectic schedule and showed concern over the issues. Chemo is a very hardworking and friendly person who helped identify the issues with the flooring and Coni communicated with me to ensure it all got done to satisfaction. It goes to show how the smallest things to some are huge to others. Thank you!
