Overall a great business, however some property does need a bit of fixing up along with interior upgrade. There are serious issues with maintenance. (i.e. The Beach Barn) There have been countless times when upon visitation, a toilet top has been broken, furniture has been moved in very strange places, along with faucets not functioning properly. Being that this company is family, my father has had to fix many issues without pay. That doesn't seem very fair. Another problem could be within the name of the company. There are several D&H investors out there and the logo is way too similar to other companies' logos. They need a more unique logo to set them apart from others. Logos also help consumers to see what the company is all about. A photographer and interior designer would be suggested
