Jamal, and Richard are some of the best maintainers I’ve seen at apartments in my life. Very responsive, polite, and go above and beyond to fix any problems that arise. Tiffany in the front office is also of the same standard. She communicated with me the entire leasing process making the whole thing as seamless as possible. Also a special thank you to Lexi for coming to the unit and making sure the cleanliness was of the highest standard. Overall incredible team here at cypress river apartments!

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The community is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The amenities are a huge plus — everything from the pool to the gym is kept in great condition. Overall, it’s a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to call home. Highly recommend!

My oven wasn't cleaned upon moving in nor were my filters or microwave, and when I put in a request I was told it was due to bad house keeping but the amount of dirt and oil in oven was impossible for me and my family to make because we ordered out most night and baked nonoiley foods especially within the short period we were at. Other than that, it's a great living place, just be sure to inspect and take pictures of everything when moving in that way you won't have anything to be held accountable for.

The management and leasing team have been great here, I've know Brenda for a few years now and she always greets you with a smile. They're all always friendly and care about the residents. It's in a great location with easy to access I-26, but far enough away to be a quiet community. If you're in need of an apartment you should take a look, it'll be worth your time.

Listen, the office staff (Daniel, Tiffany, and Ms. Brenda) are wonderful to work with. I hope they stink around for a long time bc they’re a pleasure to talk too. 5⭐️’s also for the maintenance team! Whenever, we have an issue, our request gets fixed the same day. They have a great attitudes and professional at all times.
