What a waste. Saw it, applied for it, and got a text the next morning that the owner decided to rent the apartment on his own. AFTER taking my application fee and wasted my time doing with background/credit checks. The realtor offered to pay me back out of pocket but it's the principle, it shouldn't come from her.
