Great deals when I was looking! Friendly sales staff. Older property but has been updated. No elevator and lots of steps to traverse the property inside or exiting. Units are decent and good sized. Gym is lacking tho. Love the warm indoor/outdoor pools, no hot tubs. Dogs allowed within one half of the property. Detached garages & must go outside to dump your garbage. Lovely nautical theme throughout. Many are walkout units!!! Currents seems like a great apt option if you love to spend time in a pool year-round and you enjoy a unique nautically themed facility. I would have rented in 2026 if it was more ADA friendly with ramps/elevator plus had attached or underground parking. It’s a charming place. Watching the outdoor maintenance crew taking care of branches and trees on the property is very interesting. It's great to see such talented, hardworking guys doing such a great job of making/keeping out property looking great and making it safe for all of us and our guests. No question, this is the best apartment complex we've lived in. Clean Well maintained Friendly staff, from front office to maintenance to housekeeping to back of the house. Grounds well maintained. Staff is on top of everything 24/7 always, we're impressed more than words can say about the quality of care taken with snow/ice. Laundry rooms are very clean, garages are safe, clean and secure. My fiancé and I have lived here for a little over two years now and have loved it! Currents is pet friendly, very spacious (both inside the apartments it self but also plenty of places to walk around outside as well!), and offers all types of amenities; such as indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, a gym, dogs parks, a coffee area, and even a mini grocery area in the main office! Rent is so expensive now a days and I feel that Currents is one of the cheaper apartments in the area and offers so much for what you pay as well. Currents is very close to everything you need as well! We are located right off 494 and just 20 minutes from the cities. As a vet tech and a cat mom of three, currents being so pet friendly with my girls was major plus for us when we were looking for a new place couple year

I've lived here for 3yrs I've enjoyed amenities especially the pools and fitness center. The grounds are very well maintained. The management and staff are kind and accommodating. Our apartment has a very spacious living room up to date appliances. I've enjoyed living here.

I lived at this apartment complex for a bit and encountered several issues. The pools were frequently under maintenance, and the staff would enter my apartment without notice. Noise complaints were consistently ignored, resulting in a persistent disturbance from barking dogs and loud music. If you enjoy having a peaceful time in your home at all, this is not the place for you. I really can't emphasize how unhelpful management is with frequent and disturbing noise issues, exacerbated by the construction that clearly had zero thoughts of noise reduction in mind. The small dog park, intentionally designed with rocks, made it difficult to clean up after pets and for pets to even walk in, and the dog pool was poorly maintained. The large dog park was often closed due to trivial reasons, and the
