Cupertino Villas

One of poorly maintained places in the Sunnyvale area. HOA does nothing. No security for residents. HOA doesn't even listen to residents but collect HOA fees on time. HOA only purpose is 1. Securely guarding trash area (with 24/7 surveillance using advanced cameras). 2. Asking residents to follow either preset or adhocly set rules. When people considering moving here please do thoroughly check swimming pool, gym and common areas.

This is in the heart of the Sunnyvale, CA, with very good Cupertino schools. The complex is close to all facilities needed by a family, such as schools, shopping complexes, groceries, hospital. The bus stop is also in a walking distance. The highway 280 is about 2 miles away, so very convenient. The condo price were in decline for 2007-2011 when the HOA was on a legal issue, it sued the construction company. There were plenty of buyers but could not close the mortgage because of lawsuit disclosure. But the legal issue is over and since then the price is going up. The condo in this complex is still under value. There would be a jump of 100K in all its sale in 2014. This a good complex for starter with two kids.

I don't understand the point of advertising if when you try to reach them they'll never answer any messages or phone calls and makes themselves literally unreachable. If this is how they are when trying to get new businesses (new tenants) it is not a good sign once you become one of theirs.

Don't rent any apartment managed by "THE GENESIS TEAM - INTERO REAL ESTATE SERVICES" . They will rip you off your deposit. DM me if you want to know more. I can show you the detailed receipt, how they steal hard earned money of tenants

They are nice inside. Rather small and expensive but it fits the area
