A roach has been stuck in the oven for a week ive cleaned the oven multiple times and mopped the floor and they think its a simple cleaning. You pay a premium price for outdated ammenities thank God newer complexes are opening up.

I had to delete my old review to post a new one. I have really been trying to love my stay here because the spacious floor plan is so perfect for my daughter, our two dogs and myself but I'm honestly just really disappointed. I've only been here for 3 months and I have had to request pest control services at least 5 different times due to a roach problem in my apartment. It does not matter how much I clean and sanitize they are just getting worse by the day. I have never had to deal with roaches before and I can't express how disgusted I am on a daily. It has gotten to a point where I do not want to even cook or leave my dishes in the cabinets. These are baby roaches and bigger ones which leads me to believe this may be a brewing infestation. Brandi the property Manager is not anyone to be trusted! She was very rude, unprofessional, and top it off don’t believe her at all! She is a shark! She is unfair! Her inspection on our apartment after we left was someone with intention of never giving you any of your DEPOSIT back! She lied on several occasions, saying we turned in key fob that wasn’t working, but it was WORKING! She charged us $50 for it. She also charged us with a door that had only a little hole in it for $300! Also said she didn’t charge us for the towel holders in our bathroom, which she shouldn’t have, we called several times for it to be fixed because it never stayed on properly! Getting maintenance is a quick and easy process and they are on top of doing repairs which is great! The parking has been atrocious since they started doing business with the local automotive school in the past few years. So many of the students each bring their own vehicle(s) and they only get one assigned spot, so it takes up all of the extra parking for guests, they are only supposed to be parked in unmarked spots for 3 days at a time, but it isn't enforced. Since most of the students are young men in their 20's, things can be a bit rowdy on weekends, riding their cars and motorcycles around a bit reckless, not all the time, but it definitely doesn't feel like a luxury apartment complex. I have such a bad experience with them. First they offer me the one bed room apartment 1171 with there promotion of $500 off on my first month rent. When I start my application online they said that apartment is already hold by someone else. If someone hold that apartment why they said to start my application. Then they offer me the other 1 bedroom which is on different location. When I said I need the same one then they said we give you that same apartment but we can’t give you the $500 special. What is the means of that? When I said I need the $500 special as well then they said. We talk to our Manager.
