I initially entered each waitlist for the one and two bedrooms, respectively, in OCTOBER 2020, and communicated with Holly Gordon from October 2020 to April 2021, who was the Property Manager at the time. THEN IN MARCH 2023, I emailed Holly to check my waitlist status, and Jerry Bentley was the new Property Manager. He emailed me providing my detailed information indicating I ranked 38th for the one bedroom and 35th for the two bedroom. THEN IN AUGUST 2024, I emailed Jerry to check on my status again, but Donneil Atkins, a Regional Manager responded instead. The rent for the two bedroom increased substantially, so I told Donneil to remove me from the two bedroom list, but keep me on the one bedroom list. Donneil never gave me a status ranking. It took me 5 years to get in because they only have about 40 units. I can say it was worth the wait. It is clean well cared for and quiet. We have a new manager Karen who takes pride in what she does. She’s been a blessing to us with all she has done for our small community. I am very happy with my choice.. I have been here one year. No complaints.

I rated a five star although I’ve been on the waitlist since September 10, 2024. It has been three landlords since then that I’m aware of. The second landlord somehow took me off the waitlist without my knowledge. Karen the last landlord I spoke with says she placed me back on the waitlist. I have faith that one day I will be a resident there.

This place is incredibly crooked and shady. My father has been on the “waitlist” since 2019….yes 6 years. And has continually been moved to the end of the list with promises that he will be moved up. At the beginning of this year he was told that he was #2 on the list and he started to gather moving supplies to get ready to finally move to be closer to our family. Then a month ago, he was told that he was moved to the end of the list again to #8 because he turned down his spot four times. He has never turned it down and has never been offered a spot. Whoever is working in this office is clearly manipulating the system in an effort to keep certain individuals out. My father has lost 6 years of his life away from our family waiting on this place. My mother and I had such a pleasant experience this past Thursday while looking for senior living. This property nicely tucked away in a beautiful subdivision in Crowfield Green area. My immediate impression was 5 stars. Property - Nice and kept. The property manager and owners take pride in keeping things nice and it's evident! Markeeta is the manager and she was such a wonderful spirit. She was so professional and knowledgeable in her guidance and attentiveness to my mom and I. We asked so many questions and we never felt rushed or as if we were annoying her. WODA properties has the right representation for their organization!
