Crossings at Stanbridge Apartments

I lived here for almost two years. Do not move here. Billie in the office is genuinely very nice, but that’s where the positives end. Maintenance is terrible. I dealt with black mold, roaches, and mice. The only reason the mice didn’t completely take over was because I have cats. That alone should tell you enough. The apartments are way overpriced for what you actually get. The listing photos are straight-up lies—units do not look like that in real life. The laundry room was a nightmare. One dryer was broken for months, and people on my floor were wildly inconsiderate—throwing my clothes out mid-cycle and stealing detergent. On top of all that, the complex had two major gas leaks while I lived here. Extremely unsafe. Overall, this was a terrible first apartment experience. Expensive, poorl

This review will not be short or sweet. I have a laundry list of things to say about this apartment building and the horrible experience we had living there for 3 years. We couldn’t get out fast enough, quite frankly. Let’s start with the roaches, shall we? About one year into us living in this disgusting building, we noticed a huge increase in the amount of roach activity. Don’t get me wrong, they were there from the very beginning, just maybe one here and there. Make sure to check the kitchen cabinets and under the kitchen drawers for roach bait before signing the lease!! But after that year mark, we were seeing hundreds of them. Literally. Everywhere. When we complained to the leasing office, their response was to pull out a book, a literal book, filled with other tenants’ exterminator

checked out an apartment .very expensive for what your actually getting .i think my deal breaker was the black mold I noticed while viewing the bathroom.im surely not a handy man but putting foam tiles in a bathroom it a recipe for disaster .

I love this place. It is clean, quiet and has wonderful amenities. Two elevators, inside mailboxes, and clean laundry rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff and competent maintenance.

Over a year ago I downsized from a three bedroom house to a one bedroom apartment at the Stanbridge. Life here has been very pleasant and peaceful. I especially appreciate the generous size and floor plan of my apartment. The updated kitchen and floor are very nice. Management and maintenance have been excellent. Since I travel more in my retirement, it feels good to come home to my apartment! I enjoy spending time here.
