Won’t hire a real contractor to fix things won’t keep weeds off buildings,flower gardens and not kid friendly or animal friendly and the price keeps going up every 6 months $150 WAS $750 now $1500 for 2 bed 2 1/2 bath laundry room is upstairs in bedrooms and and and AND THE TRAIN IN YOUR BACK DOOR LITERALLY As you see that’s the backyard and train tracks

After living here without many issues we started having issues like water leaking out of the pipes into our living room, neighbors complaining about their bathroom pipes not working and getting broken into. The landlords blamed tenants for the issues, refusing to fix basic issues. Attempted to kick people out of their apartments during a pandemic. Breakins that they seemed annoyed by the tenants rather than caring about the breakins. Landlords way over their head in terms of upkeep. Zero care about situations. Highly dont recommend even though the apartments are awesome.

I wouldn’t give this place a star but i had too. I lived there almost a year and that place is a DUMP! There were multiple water leaks in my unit that they refused to fix and one point said it was my fault. Not only that there is black bold in the unit (lovely). They are completely unprofessional and that places needs to demolished.

Great location, Great Landlord, Great maintenance guy, and amazing residents.
