A nice place to live, good neighbors, very quiet place to be in town. Landlord is excellent and works well with everyone. Lived here going on 3 years and have enjoyed every minute. An the rent price is very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Have lived here a little over 3 years, and I have never had any bad experiences. The neighbors are great, the management is excellent, and you're within walking distance of most of the worthwhile things to do downtown. Quiet little hidden gem.

This was one of the best places I’ve ever lived in, not only because of the convenient location in Abingdon and the low rental price, but also because the landlord, Jacob, is one of the nicest and most hands on landlords I’ve ever rented from. Any time you text or call with any issues or maintenance requests, he answers right away and fixes anything you need done. All the neighbors are super friendly as well.

Landlord here is very professional, quaint little apartments in the heart of a beautiful downtown scene. This is one of the best places to stay in Abingdon with all amenities within a mile range not to mention the world renowned barter theatre and all of the amazing dining within walking distance. Right by the creeper trail and wolf hills brewery.

Very friendly landlord, I felt very welcomed! It's a pet friendly apparent complex. Quiet neighborhood, but also very kid friendly. Big yard to play around on, and sometimes the landlord has bombfires! Great place, would definitely recommend!
