Ryia Jackson and team sold me a house she had flipped. I didn't expect anything perfect, but my plumbing doesn't work in the house. After getting a plumber and investigating, found they had caulked pvc pipes together with collapsed clay pipes, something 2 inspectors missed. One of those inspectors were hired for us by Laurie Andreas, Ryias teammate, so that might be why that one didn't find anything. The plumbing in this house never worked and I don't have the 6k to fix it so I'm digging and repairing myself. Thanks Ryia and team for this money pit.

Please do not make the mistake of choosing this agency. You do not want to work with Debbie Burge . After emailing me about a house to consider, I responded that I liked it. Then there was dead silence for days. No emails or phone calls to her made her respond to me. Yes, I considered this behavior as rude, irresponsible and very very unprofessional, I still have had no contact from her. What kind of an agent behaves like this for no reason.

I know that you all are trying to find a place so we can move in and we are trying to save money for the down payment.
