Willow Run Apartments

Me and my family have lived here almost 3 years now and have had a great experience. There is a lot to love about this place. For us the best thing is being able to have our little dog Rocco, most places will not allow animals and I think that is sad. We like that the gym is available at any time with our schedules and the pool is nice during the Summer. Also maintenance comes really fast so that’s a big plus. Everyone in the office is very nice and nobody bothers you unless they are needed. All in all I’m glad we decided to move here from Glade and would do it all again.

The best experience I’ve had was the move in process. Everything was done quickly and even with a special move in rate. Maintenance arrives quickly to fix things. The property manager is very responsive and helpful and easy to communicate with. We plan to relocate to Florida in May, but this is a great spot to live. We recommend it for future tenants. :)

My family and I were looking to relocate from North Carolina to Abingdon, and it was very hard to try to find a place to live from 8 hours away. I looked into several rental homes but there were not many in the area available and most of them did not take pets. I did a search on FB and found Willow Run. I went to their website and no 4BRs were available. I checked again a few weeks later and one was available a few months later in July. I contacted the office and from start to finish my experience was very enjoyable and exceeded my expectations. I wanted to see the inside before deciding to move and while my unit would not be available for several more months the office allowed me to come and tour another unit close by. They answered all of my multiple questions patiently. After moving in,

The best place to live in southwest Virginia. The community is quiet and friendly, very kid and pet friendly. The maintenance crew are off the charts, quickly resolving issues and very friendly. The management seems more like family, they care about you. I am a real resident and I have lived here for 3+ years. I highly recommend.

Willow Run is a quiet and comfortable place to live, and over time it really starts to feel like home. The location is definitely a plus, grocery stores are close by, and the town of Abingdon is just a short drive away, which makes running daily errands very convenient. The management team is responsive and generally easy to work with, which adds to the overall positive living experience. There are a few downsides to consider. The buildings are comparatively older. Additionally, the entrance to the complex sits on a fairly steep hill, which can make driving tricky and even unsafe during winter snow and ice.
