Crimson King Estates

I would never live here or even recommended it to a friend. Me and My bf lived at crimson king apartments for 3 years. We loved the neighborhood and everything about etown but the apartment was terrible. The hallways to get to your apartment are dirty and smell so bad, we constantly had bugs all the time in our apartment and we are very clean people, we had mold issues numerous times “black mold” to put it that way and when maintaince came to so call “fix it” they painted over it and within a month later you could see the mold still there. We had a lot of dust issues and our dogs were having super bad allergies from it, it took the apartment complex months to finally agree to cleaning out our air ducts because they so call don’t do that there which means since the place was built over 20 y

these are nice apartments, great location, reasonably priced. my only issue is that they took my children away to a special boarding school for 'gifted kids', i haven't heard from them since. i call the number they gave me but just hear bells ringing in the distance :(

Lived here for several years. Loved it at first, it was quiet, in a great area of town, and the apartment was great. Towards the end I had neighbors who smoked cigarettes/pot and I had to smell it constantly, which made me very sick. One neighbor let their dogs poop on the balcony and I couldn't leave my balcony door open or use my balcony because of the smell. (For the record, the smoking was within policy, I never bothered to report the pooping dogs so this wasn't a management issue, just a neighbor issue). I never had a problem with maintenance but another neighbor stated they had requested a repair and after 6 weeks it still hadn't been performed. When they raised the rent and started making us pay for our water we decided to leave and find a nicer place. I left before the water

Nice one or two bedrooms apartments. Pets are aloud very nice neighborhood and neighbors.

Common areas smell bad and laundry rooms are disgusting.
