This review is to formally express my concerns regarding the conduct and communication practices of the property management company hired by our association. Since the transfer of this company, I have encountered multiple issues that have caused undue stress and frustration. I own my condominium unit and experienced a leak last winter originating from the unit above mine. Despite clear evidence and repeated communication—including photographs and multiple phone calls—the maintenance team hired by this company initially insisted that I was responsible for hiring a plumber. The plumbing issue could not be addressed from within my unit, as the affected water line was only accessible through the neighboring unit. I think it’s ridiculous and a serious scam to customers to have to pay a “non-refundable fee” to submit a piece of paper basically. I mean what money are you losing? Why not charge if approved first or if a showing is even offered? I applied to several places all in the same week. 3 of those i paid for application fees including this company. Out of the 4, the free application one is the one who ended up processing everything faster, smoother, free and i got an approval. The other 3 i have not even been contacted by yet. The other 2 did refund me the 25 and 40 dollars. Like i said they understood i literally paid to submit a piece of paper. Nothing was processed and i started. I wasn’t even contacted yet.
