After 10 years of trying to find my own tenants for my rental I decided to call Meghan at AHPM. After leaving a message she returned my call within 15 minutes. Other property management companies never returned my call. She met me at my property the next day to look at apartment. Even suggested I wasn't charging enough. Meghan was amazing and communicated every step of the way. She was able to fill the apartment faster than I expected. Her response time to emails and phone calls have been amazing. She even reviewed my lease and helped add some additional helpful information. I WILL CONTINUE to use Meghan to fill any vacant apartment that I have in the future.

American Heritage has provided my company with excellent customer service for quite a few years now. As a representative of the company Meghan has always gone above and beyond to address any issues or questions that have come up. She has always been able to place tenants quickly. My company also does some maintenance for American Heritage, and the payment for these jobs is always quick.
