We worked with Lethea Myers to sell our house. She was fantastic. There was was no pressure. We made all the decisions. She told us what we could do sell our house and get a good price. She put us in touch with a contractor, who did the work to upgrade our house. Our house sold the first day it was on the market. After we sold our house she helped us sell sell our furniture we could not take to our new house. We were downsizing. She was always there for us.

If Bobs the agent you’re buying from don’t waive home inspection because he’s shady. Just bought a house, had the heat pump serviced, found out the heat pump was wired to the emergency heat for appraisal. Also, weirdly at final walk through Bob turned heat on and made It a point to show the heat worked (which I thought was weird). Then after replacing everything I tried to handle this issue with Bob because they lied on the disclosure, which is against the law. I was told to get a lawyer and do what I want to do. So buyers from this fraud be aware and get a home inspection!!!!
