Ada DelValle helped my husband and I purchase our very first home. We did not know anything about purchasing a home so Ada took the necessary time needed to explain every step of the process in simple terms so we understood what was expected of us, of the seller and if her as the Realtor. She takes her time to listen to what you want and need. She works hard daily searching and browsing the market to get you out for showings quickly before the house disappears off of the market. My realtor Ada Delvalle is amazing! I was able to buy 2 homes at different times and she was quick to show me the homes and quick to put in my offers. Did not matter what time I contacted her. Ada Delvalle is an amazing Realtor. She assisted us in selling our home and the purchase of a new one. Because my husband and I had different work schedules Ada would go show my husband the houses in the mornings and then would go with me in the afternoons. She was always very patient and polite and would give us words of encouragement when our offer wasn’t accepted. She always had an answer to our questions and when she didn’t she would find one and get back to us right away. Worked with Jennifer Prol and it was a very good experience. It was a long journey for us purchasing a house but she was patient every step of the way. She helped us find a house we love. I would recommend her to everybody. She's very informative and definitely knows what shes doing.
