Crescent Woods

I am very happy with my choice to move to Crescent Woods. My two bedroom flat is beautiful and feels more spacious than 970 sq. ft. I have been here since November, and am impressed by the staff, both management and maintenance. I was concerned about snow removal, since my previous complex (one half mile away) cleared the roads but tenants had to clear the sidewalks. Even with the challenging snowfall, plows are regularly coming through and sidewalks are regularly plowed. Since the complex is new, and not all issues can be anticipated, both Mandy and Kia are very on top of reported issues and maintenance takes care of them quickly. I have heard some complaints about the airport being so close, to me it is a minimal annoyance for the benefit of living here.

The place is beautiful inside. However the airport and route 270 noise is horrific. The building construction is with hollow materials, hollow core doors, poor insulation, and basic windows that do nothing to keep out sound. Planes are nonstop from 530am to 1230am, literally 500 feet overhead 747’s! When constructing this place they clearly were too cheap to account for the severe noise with the building materials they chose. You can actually smell jet fuel outside as well when the wind is blowing from the airport. By the end of the days every day I am home I have a headache from constant noise. Have to sleep with noise cancelling headphones or heavy earplugs. If you are considering renting here come at 7am on a Monday morning and just sit outside the apartment to see if you could tolerate

Update :November 2025 Management responded very quickly after I Posted my review, apologizing, and explaining when I was sold this apartment the sales person showing it to me, had no idea about that north runway being under remodel. I really appreciated her calling me directly and explaining that she was on vacation and came back to the runway being open. She also offered us to move into a Different unit and we have decided to do so… This totally turned things around and renewed my faith in people doing the right thing… So I am no longer disappointed…

This place is way overpriced for what you actually get. The building materials feel cheap, the walls are thin, and the overall structure doesn’t feel solid at all. For the rent they’re charging you would expect better construction quality. let’s talk about security, because that’s the worst part. My car got broken into No cameras. . Just paying high rent and hoping nothing happens. That’s crazy aint it😂 good gym though fasho

I was one of the first residents to move in and I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is brand new and very nice. The location is convenient and close to everything, the amenities are excellent, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live and I’m very happy here.
