Creekside Terrace

As a former resident, I feel it’s important to share another perspective. Carla dedicated over 15 years to this community by my estimation and, in my experience, was instrumental in stabilizing and improving the property. Many long-time residents saw firsthand the positive changes she helped implement. Her sudden departure, without communication or transition planning, was disappointing and unsettling for those of us who valued consistency and trusted her leadership. I am grateful for the time I lived there under Carla’s management and wish her continued success. She gave many years of loyal service, and that should not be overlooked. Not sure why my post from years ago, no longer shows, but I will give Carla another 5 in the comments.

I was having problems with Mrs. Carla, and honestly, I have nothing good to say about her. But I'm so grateful Marco arrived. He's a manager who really knows how to treat the residents; he's trustworthy and very helpful. It's great that he's such a good person. I'm sorry I had to leave, but thank you, Marco and Christina, for everything.

It has been such a pleasure living here and making this my home. Carla along with the staff at Creekside Terrace have been amazing. Carla is responsive, friendly, and welcoming, the overall environment is comforting. The grounds are always kept up and quiet. This complex compared to the ones around this area is one of the best. As I read the comments below, the laundry room is ran by WASH which is not operated by Creekside Terracce, this is something that is out of the control of the community manager or property. The WASH community is responsive, all the tenants have to do is scan the code. I often see tenants bothering Carla as she lives on ground during her days off which is a lack of respect. Thank you Creekside Community for making my stay here easy from my move in to move out.

Carla's management as a landlord raises significant concerns. She demonstrates a lack of urgency in addressing tenant issues and fails to communicate effectively when maintenance problems arise. For instance, when I reported a malfunction with the washer and dryer, she merely suggested that I contact “WASH” ( the company the washers and dryers are manufactured by) myself, rather than addressing the issue directly or providing an “out of order” sign. Additionally, a flickering light post in the complex has remained unaddressed for months, which poses a potential risk for individuals with epilepsy. I am glad i am out of this apartment. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived. The apartment complex is so old and the walls are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbor does, i.e. walk, shower , pee (yes you will hear everything), We were in second floor and the neighbor downstairs would always complain that he can hear us walk and they would get mad even when my son would crawl and play at 7 in the evening. We can hear our neighbors upstairs too but we do understand that its because of the old building. My management is okay, The manager Carla is nice when you talk to her but she is never in the office. You will have to leave message every time you call. When you go in the office most of the time there will be sign "be back", once or twice you would understand but you wil
