Creekside at Kenney's Fort

I had a wonderful experience touring Creekside at Kennedy Fort Apartments! From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel completely welcome and comfortable. They were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the community. The tour was smooth, detailed, and genuinely enjoyable. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I never felt rushed. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful amenities. If you're thinking about living at Creekside at Kennys Fort, I strongly urge you to reconsider. The sound insulation here is absolutely terrible — you can hear everything from your neighbors, and it feels like there’s zero privacy. It’s honestly one of the worst I’ve experienced. On top of that, the amenities are practically always closed. The pool, clubhouse, and other advertised facilities might as well not exist because they’re never available when you want to use them. The leasing staff? Completely useless. They can’t answer even the simplest questions and seem utterly clueless. Dealing with them has been frustrating and a huge waste of time. I absolutely love living here! The community is great, and the maintenance team really stands out. Huge shoutout to Daniel, he’s always quick to respond to work orders, does an excellent job, and keeps me updated every step of the way. His professionalism and reliability make living here even better. Highly recommend!

I lived at Creekside at Kenney’s Fort for two years and had a great experience the entire time. I never had any pest issues, and the property was always well-kept and clean. Maintenance was consistently helpful and quick to respond—any request I submitted was handled professionally and in a timely manner. The office staff was also amazing; they were always there when needed, friendly, and made the community feel welcoming.
