Cranbrook Hills Apartments

This is my second review. I made my first review 6 months ago when I first moved in and I can say nothing has changed for me. I’ve only called maintenance a few times and each time they come quickly. Everyone I have encountered from the customer service agents to the maintenance dept to the rental office representatives have been professional and all around awesome. I really enjoy living here. The property is clean and quiet minus a few exceptions. As before I have to mention Amanda in the rental office for her exceptional customer service although I’ve only spoken to her once since I moved in her kindness, compassion and exceptional customer service still makes me smile!!!! I am so pleased!!! I will send an update again in a few months 😊😊😊

First I would like to thank everybody who helped me get into Cranbrook apartments special thanks goes to Amanda leasing agent who fought for me tooth and nail along with the upper Senior Management to approve me to get my very own apartment. So thank you thank you thank you Secondly I'd like to thank the maintenance stay up here from Russell Antonio Tony everybody who's coming in and out of my apartment is an incredible excellent job you all should get a raise without a doubt punctual polite very helpful very knowledgeable great great maintenance staff here all the sidewalks are shoveled we got six feet of snow out there these guys are out there making sure it's clear so people like me who are disabled can get in and out with no problem. I've been at Cranbrook Apts for 5 years this month. Moved here from Minnesota at the height of covid..never saw the apartment before walking into it on move-in day. I was so pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was, and have been happy ever since. It's a quiet complex and well maintained. I'm getting ready to move into a larger unit in the same complex in a few weeks, and I can't say enough about how AMAZING Amanda and the rest of the team in the rental office were. I'm looking forward to another few years in my new digs!

My mother and I moved in only Three weeks ago after Spending the last 10 months living with family. We spent a long time looking for apartments that were affordable, but still nice. We have found multiple things that we like about this area and this apartment complex and wanted to make sure that we put in a positive review. The top on our list is the response from maintenance. Upon moving in, we found only a couple minor issues, but the most important one was that our refrigerator was freezing items and could not be adjusted properly. Maintenance came on several occasions to adjust it dust the coils, and place the seal, etc. After only a week of this issue and it was still occurring, we called to notify them and they replaced the refrigerator within 10 minutes. Their Resident services office is a joke. The rental office should handle most of the things they require us to contact the resident service office for. Understaffed in maintenance, that results in faulty rush jobs in the severely old HVAC units. Should clear out all the managemnt and start fresh, it’s that bad. The housekeepers for the property barely do anything in the buildings. I’m sure investors don’t care about the property!!
