We almost purchased a CraftMaster home when relocating to the area. While the lot didn’t end up being the right fit for us, I can’t speak more highly of our experience. Amy was kind, accommodating, and so informative that we felt comfortable immediately. We’ve built a custom home and purchased a new spec in the past, and never have we had such great customer service and hospitality.

We delt with Carrolyn and Bryan. We had a couple of bumps in the road and some have been corrected but were hoping at our 60 day walk that we will get these corrected. I was a little upset about how the process was before we closed but jeff got involved and we moved on. I dont think Bryan is there anymore and I think this is the reason why some people had a bad experience. I do absolutely love the house but if I could change anything would be the follow up on the customer. They are a great builder that will work with your needs and designs and un like others that are pre fabbed will help as much as they can with the design needs for your house.
