Be careful with the builder, rush job, cheap materials and inexperienced. updated: sent an email to the provided comment and have not heard from them. I have added some photos of the house. The builder gave a whole bunch of excuses so he wouldn't have to send. people out to fix it during our walk around. The first walk was also rushed. We want to get these fix before we closed but they said they can not move closing date just for these small issues. They said they will get it fix after we closed. The door guy came and told us nothing wrong with the door. Now even the door is locked you can still pull it open. This is my fourth time building a new home with a builder in DFW, and the first with Coventry. We didn’t know what to expect, but from the beginning we got a good feeling about them compared to the other builder in the neighborhood. That was largely due to our salesperson Beth, who was a joy to work with. It was also due to the build quality that was evident from the houses under construction. We loved their floor plans and appreciated their flexibility in making tweaks to get us the perfect home. Out of the builders I have worked with, they have been the best due to how efficient and stress free the whole process was. At this time last year, we found the perfect lot and house plan in Dominion of Pleasant Valley. It was a wonderful experience from the sales process, to the design center and through the build. Any issues found during the build were already being addressed before we even reported it. We moved in May 2020. We love our home and how responsive Coventry has been when we have questions. I highly recommend them if you are looking to build a new home. Loved all of their available plans!

We have now lived in the community for a year. Couldn’t be happier with the home, the sales process, and the warranty work. Communication through the sales and design process was fantastic! We had some options that were tight in our lot, they came up with a creative solution to help us get what we wanted! Design center was amazing! No pressure for any upgrades. The build was on time, and any issues that came up were resolved quickly. Before our year, we had an inspection, and only found minor details. All were entered in the warranty site, and all were repaired with no grief or pushback at all! Highly recommend this builder to anyone!

While I greatly enjoy my house and it is of high quality (my build experience was great with Coventry/ plantation) , the neighborhood is not advertised to have all the features it is promising. There is not an amenity center(there are bathrooms by the pool... that according to our developer is an amenity) and the grass is never mowed on time. I have to email constantly about things that need to be kept up and the HOA dues are $1,000 a year. Ask lots of questions before you build and get it in writing. I would highly recommend Coventry but wish the developer would match in amenities what he wants us to pay 🙁
