DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! The office never picks up you can never reach anyone so good luck if you ever have an emergency or issue! Maintenance ppl nice but take 7 days to come. Nobody picks up after their dogs either and police are always here. The management is awful. Then they have the audacity to raise your rent by hundreds!!!

This place has been discriminating against me from the day I moved in fair housing had to contact them in not charging me a holders fee or finders fee they still found a way to charge it by adding it to my security deposit which should be 2250 but they have it as 2750 in Aug 2025 natasha said she would move it to my rent ledger that never happen instead they sent me a 30 day notice for a housing payment they got Sept 2 2025 but sent a 30 day notice Sept 9 2025 makes no sense I asked for corporate's number they said they cant give me that information I don't understand why not if I'm a tenant and I want to write a grievance they treat me like shit I don't know what I've done to anyone in the office they wont sit with me to go over the rent ledger mind you I'm also very much disabled and nee

This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I've left countless voicemails and sent numerous emails requesting my refund, but no one has bothered to respond. It's been two months since I moved out, and still no resolution. Even during my time living here, getting a response was nearly impossible. Calls and emails often went unanswered. If you're considering moving in, be aware of several issues: If your windows are near the dog area, be prepared for the smell. No one picks up the dog waste, and despite sending numerous complaints, nothing was done. The trash area is constantly overflowing and poorly maintained. Security is also a concern. My daughter lives there their bookeeping is very poor they need an accountant they don't match the receipts I help my disabled daughter everything ALWAYS on time I keep records they never match those folks do not know MA renters rights something is wrong in that office getting an appointment is nearly impossible. They need a new office staff and need to learn Ma laws for renters they break all the rules BEWAR

Looking for a new apartment tried calling them which is available in website, they don’t pick the call, okay but how many times should we call them. Keeping this aside as they don’t pick their calls the call automatically diverts to another apartment called Breakwater at north Harbor.
