Would leave no stars if I could, I was on a month to month lease after my 12months lease as well as making deals with leasing office guy ken they end up putting my stuff out as well as trying to call animal control for my dogs knowing I was at work and I had dogs just terrible how they would even do people like that I should have known when I first moved in they were kicking people out! Had everyone things outside. I was making deals with leasing office doing a month to month because I did not want to renew they just kicked me out Mind you for months they did not have anyone in the leasing office to even help after David the old leasing office guy got fired back in February he was really nice helped me get my place I very much appreciate him but overall all experience paying that much with
Stella was very good at answering our questions and getting us set up with the leasing office. Pros: 1. Decent neighborhood. 2. Very nice interior for the price. 3. Professional management and workers. 4. Close to shops/ downtown. Cons: 1. Stairwells smell like cigarettes. 2. No central heating/ air in the renovated units. Only window units. 3. Parking was advertised as free but is not. 4. Some of the residents are very creepy.
I was interested in a apartment there. I had scheduled an apartment tour at 10:30 showed up to my scheduled time, the leasing agent was not there. I had called several times no answer. The leasing agent decides to call later asking where was I confused when you should have arrived that the time it was scheduled. I decided to reschedule for the next day at 11am showed up again to my scheduled time and the leasing agent was not there. When I had arrived one of the tenants stated that the agent was parking his car. He knew he had a scheduled time to give a tour but instead he was just on his phone and decided to walk away. That is super unprofessional and just a bad impression for first time people. I’ve seen the reviews here based on the people who live there and I’m glad this didn’t proceed
I recently scheduled a tour to view a one-bedroom apartment at your property, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the person on site. When I arrived, the individual greeted me with a dismissive attitude. Instead of offering any guidance or assistance, he simply handed me the keys and told me to “help yourself.” When I asked if there was an information sheet available, he pointed vaguely and said, “It’s over there, you can grab one.” His behavior was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and frankly, quite rude. I had been seriously considering applying for an apartment, but after that interaction, I’ve decided not to proceed. If this is the way potential residents are treated, I can only imagine what the service would be like after moving in. I hope you take this feedba
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Courtyard Apartments. Throughout my tenancy, I dealt with unlivable conditions, including a lack of heat, malfunctioning appliances, and safety concerns that went ignored by management. Despite notifying the leasing office multiple times, they failed to address the problems in a timely manner. To make matters worse, after my lease ended Courtyard didn’t return my security deposit, which is a clear violation of Maryland’s Security Deposit Law. The law requires landlords to return deposits within 45 days. Moreover, they are still trying to charge me rent as if --- I WOULD EVER want to RENEW MY LEASE there! I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone seeking a safe and well-managed living environment. The amount of fraudulent activities will n
