Courtyard Apartments

Genuinely a horrible place to live with horrible living conditions. I’ve lived here two months and have had to make numerous complaints to management about the loud, unsupervised children. I’ve called security many times, most of whom never show up. Children are outside screaming genuinely at the top of their lungs at all hours of the day. Parking is a nightmare, and your neighbors will pound on your doors and scream at you through your windows at night. Management does nothing. It’s genuine harassment and they're told me numerous times they’re doing everything they can and they “don’t know whose kids it is.” They also play with moldy food from the dumpsters and leave it right in your walkway. Do not consider living here.

If you are considering living here, I STRONGLY suggest you read this. Here's a list of things I've had to deal with in the 9 months I've been here - and I have plenty of photos to back it up. Cons: 1 - I submitted a repair request through their webpage and it took almost two months. I requested updates on the portal numerous times. never a response or update. I had to call management (which doesn't answer the phone often) to get it finally resolved. 2 - I had a neighbor consistently leaving piles of feces soiled baby diapers by their front door for days in the summer heat. It took repeated complaints to management to stop. 3 - Rats on numerous occasions runnig between buildings and in the laundry room. 4 - Power and Water are turned off for repairs on a regular basis. I’ve been living at this apartment complex for several months now. Recently, North Coast United took over management, and I couldn’t be happier. The community is so well maintained, clean, and feels very safe. The management team is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any requests. Julia has been extremely helpful and is always available. I would recommend this complex as a place to call home!

I was visiting some friends and we were standing in the parking lot when the manager approached us around 10 PM with her dog. To my surprise, she was extremely rude and told us we weren’t allowed to stand there. I found her tone and attitude to be completely unprofessional, especially considering the time. It made me wonder—if a resident needed assistance or maintenance at that hour, would she respond the same way? This kind of behavior is not what you’d expect from someone in a management position.

Very nice apartments with affordable price for rent. My friend lives there and he is happy with his 1x1 unit. It is not big though 660 sq ft but enough for a single man or a couple without kids. I am thinking to move in here soon.
