Country Estate Apartments

I love living here! We have one of the 3 bedroom apartments that have washer/dryer hookups. The rooms and closets are a good size and there is a big walk in closet by the entry door. We haven’t had any major issues besides the furnace acting up, and that was fixed as soon as we let Curtis know. He is handy but will hire professionals for repairs if needed. He even brought over space heaters to use while we waited. I’m excited for the pool to be open again! He keeps it very clean and maintained and you can see him checking it multiple times a day. I feel very safe in this community. There are cameras monitoring the parking lots and garages. Everyone is so nice and Curtis always goes above and beyond for everyone. We have been repairing electrical issues for Curtis at Country Estates for about 6 months, we are very pleased and impressed with Curtis as a property manager/maintenance man. I needed an apartment in a hurry and cheaper than what I was paying. Drove by randomly and stopped in office. I met the WONDERFUL Mr. Curtis. He sat and listened carefully to my current situation. He kindly gave us a tour and walked me through the application process. I've been here almost a year and so far so good. The complex is quiet, secure, and grounds are well maintained. Mr. Curtis is great about communicating with us residents. And he deserves honors for the way he handled the fire this week. I truly appreciate all he does. He makes living here worth it!

Curtis the maintenance man and manager is very pleasant to work with, he cares about the tenants and does his best to keep the apartments nice. He is very informative and let you know what things are going on around the apartment complex.
