The manager is awesome, he is super helpful and welcoming and the property is beautifully maintained !

I was arrested there on November 24th of 2013. I lived in apt 107. Within 3 days of me being arrested. The landlady with help from maintenance stole everything I owned. They also took my cat and threw him out in the streets. The property has bedbugs, the owner does almost nothing to maintain the units. The owners and staff are criminals.DO NOT RENT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Management is no good they raise the rent and everything isn't work right plus the maintenance people have new carpet and countertop while the rest of the tents suffer. It's the worst place to live and there's roaches in every apartment.

I would compare this current complex to the old Casa Caranza in its heyday. The manager is probably the only thing this place has going for it. I noticed that most of the tenants here either block out the windows with cardboard or tin foil, otherwise paranoid of the probation officer unexpected appearance or each other. I gotta get outta here... Sad but low rent keeps this place a livable place if your background wouldnt otherwise pass a credit or criminal check. might as well be compared to any depressed neighborhood in any qhetto or bario part of any city these days. Get your low deposit together and come into a lifestyle 6 month lease that might remind one of the party days. I throw in the towel

A very good place to live. Quiet and clean. The manager and Mesa police department are always aware of any problems and gets rid of any trouble.
