Cottage Grove Townhomes

RENTERS BEWARE! I don't write reviews, I read them. This is the first time in my life I feel so taken advantage of, that I would like to help others avoid the same fate. As a military family, we have rented multiple different properties in Grand Forks and this is by far my worst experience. We moved in from out of state and were met with 2 women standing on the counters in the kitchen scrubbing madly while we were moving in. Was this not supposed to be done well before we arrived? (Bad management) When they left, the kitchen still had a sticky feel to it. I don't know if it was from their poor work ethic of the vendors or from the atrocious condition of the unit we were given. We really enjoy living at Cottage Grove! The townhomes are beautiful and very spacious. The pond is so fun to watch with all the ducks! The staff here are amazing to work with. The few times we have had to contact maintenance they have been very quick to respond and get the job done in a timely manner. The communication is top notch. Very detailed in what is done and ends every message with ‘have a great day’ We don’t need to ask for much, but when we do they are always around with kindness and a smile. Sam, Grace, Chad and the rest of the crew are a great team! So blessed to be able to be a part of this community.

Great experience from start to finish. Sam and her team were great from the day we signed up and throughout our 18 month stay. Maintenance were always prompt, courteous and professional. Neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Absolutely recommend for couples and families alike.

We have lived here in our Townhouse for 4 yrs and we have enjoyed the neighborhood. The staff for Enclave are very friendly and helpful great to work with us.

Tina is an amazing Property Manager. Love the 3 different levels of my townhome and the serenity I feel despite having neighbors on both sides of me. I have been living here almost a year and you can't beat being right across the street from Choice Health & Fitness. If you are military, the base is only 30 minutes away and the secret is to take 40th Avenue South.
