Pathetic service, during cold days you will hardly get heat and your water pressure is so low that if your neighbor flushes your hands get burnt due to lack of uniform water temperature. The rent they charge you is ridiculous for the space and they will find every reason to get money from you. I moved out and I have seen people moved out in a month or two. Imagine all the investment they made furnishing their new home just to throw them away in month or two. Only people surviving their are long time rent stabilized who pay 500 for one bedroom and around 800 for two bedroom.

Perfect place, for the people that say “There is cockroaches” maybe you should get some cockroach spray🤷‍♂️ And for people who say “it’s freezing in there” maybe get a heater🤷‍♂️ You see the rooms suck because you don’t take care of it. Just get used to it so you can enjoy it!

new neighbor has been here less than 3 weeks over a dozen parties lasting until 530am when i finally either bang on their door or yell up to their window. dozen emails and phone call complaints to the office and so far nothing has been done.

My partner lives in this complex and their apartment is always freezing. They’ve called the property manager a multitude of times with zero results. The temperature is consistently below the legal minimum, the lowest record being 61°F at midday when it was under 40° outside. Unacceptable and illegal.

Absolute worst property manager I've dealt with. Hope you like roaches because they know their buildings have em. If you're persistent enough though, they will have an exterminator come do a half assed spray around. Also try not to have any emergencies on weekends or after 4PM. Would never hire these clowns.
