Corsa Apartments

I’ve lived at Corsa since for almost 2 years and seen many changes over that time (including property mgmt. companies). While it hasn’t been without its problems, I’ve genuinely seen a positive shift with the new management team after building ownership switched to Willow Bridge property management. One thing I really appreciate is how timely the repairs have been lately. Maintenance requests are handled much faster than before, and communication has definitely improved. The staff has also been mostly friendly and approachable. Holly in particular has been great — she’s responsive, helpful, and you can tell she actually cares about residents’ concerns. I’ve had a great experience at Corsa Apartments so far. The application process was quick and straightforward, and the staff has been genuinely friendly and helpful. They’re very dog-friendly and have been very accommodating with my dog walker. It’s a quiet neighborhood, parking has been easy, and overall everything has just felt smooth and well run. Definitely a solid place to live.

I love my apartment at the Corsa. Willow bridge staff is pretty accommodating and the maintenance team is always on it. Great view and great area. Willow bridge is always hosting fun events in the lobby too. I really have no complaints lol besides sometimes upstairs neighbors can be loud but that’s at every apartment.

Every time I visit friends at this building, I’m shocked at how poorly it’s maintained. The hallways and common areas constantly smell like weed, and the smell is overwhelming. The property doesn’t feel clean or cared for — floors and carpets are always dirty and the overall building feels neglected. For the amount people pay in rent these days, residents deserve much better upkeep and management. Definitely don’t recommend this building to anyone.

This is hands down the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. My neighbors below me hear me walking and get annoyed and I hear my neighbors music by my bedroom. Management does nothing about it and says if you want to leave it will cost two months rent. I rarely sleep well because of my neighbors music during quiet hours, but I can’t get a recording of it so management doesn’t do anything. Also have had lots of issues with no hot water in shower, stove trips electrical outlet, etc. The parking is super expensive for being outdoors. The heating prices for 1 bedroom is astronomical, cost more than my 4 bedroom house I owned. The one good thing I will say is the maintenance staff are very helpful and the hot tub is awesome!
