Cornerstone at Howell

I was number 19 on the waitlist since September these people sent me a letter stating that I should call and leave a voicemail giving my info and to state if I wanted to remain on the waitlist and that I had until 10/29 to do so. On 10/27 I called this office 7 times and the last time I finally left a msg because they never answer anyways. I left a vm stating that I would like to remain on the waiting list with my info also I talked to someone at their corporate office on 10/27 and the gentleman said he email Jaclyn letting her know I called and my reason for calling today 11/14 I emailed her because guess what they mailed me a letting stating I was removed from the waiting list. Oh and the first letter they send telling you to reach out and leave a msg if you want to remain on the list in

The leasing office manager Jaclyn is very biased. They charge for every lil thing they wait until 3pm to put notice on your door and leave the office for the day. The housing it self is good but the paint is cheap the floors are very cheap everything just be falling apart and they pick and choose when they wanna do inspection and they be in the apartments when you not home

Same. I was on waiting list with Jackson Ponds and called several times, left a voicemail a couple of times with no return call at all. Idk what's going on there.
