Cornerstone Apartments

Stay far away. When I was checking these apartments out six years ago the manager told me that I could have my pet rabbits as long as they stayed in their hutches and wouldn't need a deposit. After the management change three years ago maintenance has become horrible and I was literally told that it was my responsibility to service the AC when it broke. Now after an apartment inspection by the new management I was told that the rabbits are unauthorized even though previous management authorized them, because previous management decisions are not binding to the new management. I am now faced with having to remove pets I have had for over half a decade despite them never causing any issues. (All while rent rises every year since the new management took over.) Love the apartments. They are kept clean and it’s a nice area to live in. I’m giving 5 stars for the fact I called in a maintenance request and within 30min to an hour the issue was resolved. Great job management!!🤩

Nice location and the apartments themselves are nice, but they're pricey and the management is unfriendly and communicates poorly with it's tenants.
