Cordia Management

I’ve had a great experience with Cordia Management since signing my lease with them in April of 2025. They’re very professional and very quick to respond to maintenance requests as soon as they can in a timely manner. The staff is wonderful if you’re looking for a legit rental company to rent from Cordia is 10/10 I recommend. I may also like to add as long as you communicate and make Christina aware of what’s going on with your household in case of an emergency like you’ll be a little late on rent she’s good with working with you on the matter with a positive attitude. The team doesn’t reside in your home and have multiple properties so they can’t help you if you don’t do your part in communicating with them or putting in a maintenance request to fix the issues.

Pleaseeeeee do not lease with these people SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY , long term hard ships they don’t fix things for real they just say they will if they do it’s half done , the house has issues the back yard still haven’t been cleaned and it’s been like this before we moved in just save yourself time and money !!

Been a resident for 1 year now and I must say they have been the best landlord I’ve had thus far. Christina was willing to work with me as I moved in which was a blessing for me! Anytime there was an issue with the home I am renting I put in a maintenance order and it’s always reviewed and answered in a timely manner. Recently had a kitchen fire (such a terrible mistake) but they all asked if we were okay & were very understanding and assisted with the situation. They even put my 1 year old and I in an Airbnb while renovations were made. Rosemary is always in a good mood when I’ve spoken to her as well. I would def recommend them!
