DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Lived here 5 years total, and after Vicky left this complex has lost half their residents, because new office manager is a joke. Vanessa has no clue what is going on around her. Need to reach her, good luck all phone calls will be sent to voicemail, emails left unread. Your only chance to get her is 10am till noon and the first hour or so consists of having staff meetings, so in all reality she’s only available for one hour a day. She leaves early, office hours don’t apply to her. It’s not even worth visiting the office anyways, because it always smells like a smoke lounge in there. I love this complex. I have been here over 19 years. About two and half years ago with in a six month time span, there were about 5 different managers here at Copper Point that just came in and left . I’m sure being a one person property is a challenge. But to see the manager now Vanessa consistently here and help me when I need help with anything makes being here all the more a pleasant experience .When I need maintenance in my apartment it gets done timely. Vanessa is a very kind individual and treats everyone with respect at all times. I recommend for anyone seeking for a safe comfortable place to call home to live here. I really enjoy living at this apartment complex. The property is always clean and well cared for, and the management team does a great job communicating with residents. Maintenance is fast and efficient whenever something is needed. The neighbors are respectful, and the environment feels peaceful and safe. The location is also a big plus. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience.

It’s funny how the owner offered to help but your office lady or you don’t respond to my calls or anything or emails about another new bill I got. Still awaiting for response I need SOMEONE TO REACH OUT TO ME. Do not rent here the leasing office is terrible. Lived here for 3 years previously when Vicki was there it was amazing. When we moved out the first time we got no bills we left the apartment in perfect shape. The new management Vanessa is so incompetent at her job. She never answers the phone in the 2 years that I lived here again i almost never got her on the phone. I had to walk into office to get anything done and hope she didn’t leave early or have a meeting. Wish I could say something better. I had a family member live here years ago and said it was good. I read the reviews about nobody showing up for a scheduled tour, I thought it was a one off.. nope it’s not. I received multiple text reminders for the tour scheduled. I got my family out, missed work, went to the complex. I arrived on time to see office doors were locked. I waited 15 minutes then I called the number on the window and on the reminders. Sent me to a voicemail saying what their office hours were, which was well within the timeframe of when we were there. There was another vender that was waiting for someone to show up too. For a place that doesn’t open during their posted business hours, and doesn’t show up to scheduled appointments, I would imagine would be difficult to get in
