In there"listing fee page" they state if you ever think that someone else is listing for less then please let us know. So I did... I simply followed up with a copy and past from a competitors link of there prices Homecoin. Thought perhaps They'd sell me on why they are a better value or match the fee . Nope he said take your business to them I dont have time to explain and hung up ! I am no exaggeration. I've been a licensed realtor since 2008 but not in NH. I'm guardian for a disabled person and need to sell their condo. I already have the courts permission. I've been trying to list for sale by owner for a week now and Continental fell quite short of my expectations. I sent a question regarding how they want me to sign but got an answer that was irrelevant to my situation. I've tried to call 3x and can't get anyone on the phone as their system "doesn't recognize" the option selected (that they set for sellers).
