Conley's Rental Management

I did some more digging and there is an independent review website for companies like this that has nothing but one star reviews saying that Conley has caused damages up to $10000 due to neglect, Jenn ignored mine as well as the previous bottom tenants concerns (ie. No response whatsoever) then replied that she’s dropping the property from her company as soon as I expressed I’d be pursuing legal action. Their neglect has led to a decline in my physical and mental health which ended up leading to a decline in sleep quality and has caused a bunch of unnecessary turmoil for my family.

It took me 5 days to finally get a hold of someone here. And the property I was looking at said all cats and all dogs okay. Obviously all dogs are not okay because when I told them what kind of dog I have they told me no because the downstairs neighbors are going to complain and she doesn’t want to hear them complain. Well then lady you probably aren’t going to get anyone in that apartment if you are too worried about the people downstairs complaining because the walls are too thin. Also don’t have on the website saying all dogs and cats are okay if they aren’t. I just wasted my time.

I called to schedule a viewing and was told they allow pets then arrived at my appointment and she continued to tell me they don’t accept puppies or vicious breeds for dogs. Do not waste your time like I did. I drove two hours too. Didn’t think they would discriminate against my pets. Should really update the ad to say no pets.

I was waiting until my partner and I bought a house to post this since we wouldn’t need the rental reference anymore, but this place is a scam. My partner was attending college in watertown when we signed a one year lease with jenny in 2018 for a half-finished house (downstairs was livable upstairs was not). We started having trouble with pests like bats, attic window was knocked out, house was in filthy condition, basement flooded so much in the winter that it destroyed the heater and we were without heat for almost four days while maintenance was installing the noisiest sump pump I have ever heard (went off every few minutes just below our bedroom). To make things worse, Jenny called us a few months before we moved out and asked if she could renovate the upstairs. We said yes to be court

Do not rent from Conley's they are scam artists. They will do anything they possibly can to keep your deposit. Including pretending that prior damage didn't exist WHEN THEY KNOW FULL AND WELL IT DID and if you aren't there for the walk through they will cause a damage to the property to scam you. The apartment we rented was NOT clean when we moved in, we left it much cleaner than when we moved in but apparently we "didn't clean upon moving". They never fixed a major ceiling issue after upstairs tenants had burst pipes and intended on painting over water damaged and moldy ceiling to cover it up instead of actually fixing it. They apparently didn't understand what a service animal was when we moved in and repeatedly tried to tell me that I would be charged a pet fee for my animal on top of
