If I could give this office zero stars, I would. This is the worst and rudest title company I have dealt with in my entire career. You send them the documents they request, and a couple of days later, they ask for them again, claiming they never received them. Rhonda is incredibly rude and ignorant—she comes to the settlement table with an attitude, boasting that she’s been doing this for 40 years and is “so sick of everyone and their changes.” We all deal with changes to documents; it’s part of business. She charged my seller a $300 “redraw” fee just to change the sale price in her computer by $2,000. She had no problem being rude in front of our clients, and when we were finished, she stormed off, announcing that she had a $17 million deal to work on—as if to let us know our transactio

not very thorough....we closed on a house them and 2 months later received a bill from the local township asking for $150 plus $100 penalty because the drive by inspection was not taken care of at settlement...isn't that an item thetitle company is hired to take care of? On top of that, when I called them to question thge issue, they were no help at all and I felt very dismissed. Would not recommend them

This is the third transaction that I have used Ronda and the folks at Conestoga for. Each time it has gone smooth with great service and great communication. This most recent transaction was closed 11 days after the seller accepted the offer!!! I can't say enough good things about them!

I have had 2 closing with conestoga and BOTH were bad experiences. Ronda was disrespectful, belittling and unprofessional. I would not use or recommend them to anyone. She told me she did the work for a 3rd property and that deal fell through. She TOLD me I needed to come back to her for that or she never wanted to see me again. Trust me Ronda you will not see me again!

I paid my money in September of last year to transfer some titles to my name and due to circumstances I was out of state and now that I have just returned I called that I want to continue with the process and someone tells me that I lost my money and I have to start again. It's consumer robbery and I'm going to report this to the court and consumer department, these kind of people can't keep robbing people like that. I've paid $300.00 Dollars last year
