Tonya, and her team, at Concord Property Mgmt. have been nothing but professional in handling my rental properties. They are punctual, thorough and knowledgeable about real estate transactions and managing rental properties. I managed my Baltimore County rental properties for 22 years. This year, I decided to hand them over to CPM. So far, I'm a happy customer! Thank you CPM for taking the burden of tenant placement and rent collection off of my to do list. Your attention to detail hasn't went unnoticed.

First off I did not really want to be a landlord but I ended up with a property and decided after hearing many horror stories of people being their own landlord that I wanted a property manager. A friend at work recommended Concord and several years later I couldn't be happier. they take the headaches out of managing a property. They are great at screening tenement's (I have had the same one for several years now with no issues) they are responsive, professional, organized and give great advice. I will continue to recommend them for anyone in the area as they make owning a rental property stress free.

Tonya and her team were referred to us by my husband's co-worker. I was looking to rent my townhome and with being a first time landlord, I wanted to hire a management company to take care of everything; Tonya was the just the person. She was very informative, laid out the entire process step by step and always responded when I needed her. Not only did she make me feel like my home was in good hands, she found a tenant within 2 months of listing that ended up being a perfect fit, even during the craziness of the pandemic. 5 stars to maintenance for being prompt and knowledgeable. 5 stars for what Concord does for the owners of these properties. 0 stars for calling out my husband's mental health on a public platform when that was obviously relayed in confidentiality. 0 stars for telling us the place is up for sale and then saying we could give our 60-day notice if we found a new place to move into and then reneging on that. it was not our idea to move in the middle of an insane market; it has taken others years to find a house and we would have only had till the end of November. 1 star for communication (I wanted to talk through all of this in a phone call, which was never returned, despite multiple attempts). 0 stars for leaving asbestos in the basement, which the new owner has promptly removed. As a property owner, I highly recommend Tonya Lurz of Concorde Property Mgmt. She handled the management of my property...found me tenants, took care of any problems and was very accessible to me. My communication with Tonya was great. The office personnel were always very helpful and pleasant as well. AND, when I was ready to relocate, I immediately called Tonya who found me a buyer within 3 weeks and again handled everything for me.
