Comstock Village Apartments

If i could give it no stars I most definitely would have. Comstock village has went all the way down hill since they have new people in the office they are rude and no communication with the tents once so ever they think they can talk to you any type of way. Absolutely nothing for the children to do besides ride they bikes in the road or play in the road for the money tents pay to live there is insane they hire anybody that don't have a high school diploma nor any type of experience. I would NOT recommend to anyone to move there

If I could go lower I would. I dropped an application at the office in the black mail box & tried calling to check the status of my application & the lady showed no concern for my application or anything. I just don’t understand how I put in my application in the black locked mailbox & they didn’t get my application. She showed no concern for my application or even trying to help me. Which is probably a good sign for me to look elsewhere anyway, but I wouldn’t move here simply because they don’t care.

There seems to be very mixed reviews on Comstock Village Apartments. Hopefully my review will help people looking to apply to this apartment complex. I currently live in these apartments, I have lived her for 2 years, in that time there has been multiple parties, loud music at all times of night, a couple murders, or serious bodily injuries caused by another human. However, my house and property has never been messed with, I have never been woken up in the middle of the night to any scary situations, all of the other apartment buildings I've lived in have had parties, loud music, and fewer but all the same, deaths. I have a 2 year old, and as I dont know what it's like for her to het on a school bus from here, or play outside without me, I can say I've never had any issues this far. If I

Doesn’t help with situations in your Unit nor does it seem like the office ever open to report problems don’t recommend moving out here I’m trying to move

I love it here the place is affordable and the people are so helpful here. I appreciate it thanks alot! More opportunities will be knocking! Til then gonna enjoy my new place!
