, this is the best place I ever lived , is quiet is clean, neighbors are very nice, everytime I need something to get done in the apartment maintenance is quick to respond, people at oficie is out of this world, very kind , and I love that now you have fancy waters I hope I can stay in communities of bent tree for much much longer In the beginning I worked with Ana betancourt (sadly she’s not there no more) but now I’m with Tyler and he’s such a kind person!!!
I've lived here for 2 years and just renewed my lease. Maintenance staff is awesome and the pool is always clean. Seeing the new manager, Mercy, at the office was a relief. She's kind and efficient. I requested a work order and it was already done by the time I got home. I am excited about the upcoming improvements. Thank you Chance for bringing in a great team. Grateful for the consistency and the amazing service.
We’ve been at this property for some years, we really love the it here, great floor plans, and service. Very centric area, everything feels close, and there’s also a police and fire department nearby, it feels safe. Ariana was fantastic, she was very accommodating in helping us upgrade into a bigger unit, and answered all of our questions.
Do NOT rent from here. For 4 months my ac didn’t work, I put in multiple work orders and it finally got fixed after dealing with 80+ degrees in my apartment for over a month. Secondly, when I moved in I told them about issues with water pooling outside of my apartment because there was no gutter. Low and behold the apartment floods and now my apartment has been torn apart for over a week from them looking for damages and when I go to ask for an update I get told “put in another work order” I have tried to be understanding but at this point I have had enough. I have not had a living room for almost two weeks
Ariana was FABULOUS during my tour! She took her time showing us everything, explaining everything well and answering all of our questions. Request her to give you your tour as she was great! 😄
