I have to give a HUGE shout out to my leasing agent, Beni!! From the first time I met her and she took me on a tour of the complex, she's been nothing but kind and professional. If you decide to move to Camden Addison, I highly recommend Beni to be your leasing agent! She's a 10 out of 10 for me. [Edit: Upon move-in, my apartment had some issues with cleanliness despite it being newly remodeled. This was extremely dissatisfying, so I have to take a star off.]

I transferred my lease from one of their sister communities in Austin, and this one far exceeded my expectations! From the very beginning, Alex was incredibly attentive—and what’s even more amazing is that he continued to be just as helpful even after I signed the lease. The apartment was in such great condition that I rarely needed maintenance, but the one time I did, the team was prompt, kind, and professional. Technically 0 stars My experience at Camden Addison was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this community based on what I went through. From the beginning, I paid upfront charges that were supposed to cover cleaning, resurfacing, and degreasing before move-in. Despite this, the unit already had issues, and when I moved out, the office charged me again for stove top replacement and bathtub resurfacing—items that, in my experience, only needed basic cleaning. It felt like I was being billed twice for the same thing. Communication with the office was another major issue. Just moved in and I couldn't be happier! They hands taken such amazing care of me! Beni helped me for months as I got ready to move in, and Eddie with maintenance had been stellar. When he came to fix something he checked around and if he ever saw even the smallest thing that could be a future problem he just stopped and fixed it right there! I love it here! I’ve lived here since September 2021 and have always been a reliable tenant who consistently pays rent on time. Unfortunately, my experience with management has become increasingly frustrating due to ongoing harassment about my trash, while my actual concerns continue to be ignored. For health and sanitary reasons, I’ve repeatedly explained that I will not leave my trash bin outside overnight in an outdoor community full of pests. My trash is always tied, secure, and within weight limits. Yet, instead of addressing more serious issues, management chooses to nitpick over something that has never been a problem with Valet District management.
